After purchasing and driving first 1000 kms Fabia 1.2 MPI ambiente I would say "NOTHING COMPARES".  The car spells class and looks that drives you crazy. After driving Octavia for the last five years I was impressed by the quality skoda has built in. Therfore I did not check any cars and simply settled for a smaller Fabia.


AC chills in no time, rear AC ducts are below fornt seats and very comfortable for passengers sitting at the back seats.


Interestingly the rear seats in Fabia are more spacious than Octavia.


The reading lights are provided.


I would say a good overall product.

    Dear Jeethu,
    You cannot compare Korean Cars with European Cars. In terms of safety and reliability. I have already driven fabia over 3500kms it is a good product.

    Dear Jeethu,
    If possible buy a petrol Fabia. Do not go for diesel as skoda is using 3 cylinder diesel engine and is noisy. Petrol is quiter and more powerfull. If your budget permits buy 1.4 MPI that even better.

    Dear Jeethu, Please note that fabia has floating code engine immobliser, that means every time you pull out the key the code resets to a new safety code. You can be assured that no one can drive your car just like that without the ignition key. Today I was driving fabia on NH2 and at a speed of 130km/hr I was also driving Zig Zag. I wont advise you to do that but the car is very stable.
