It can run in the middle of the road without any fear like the pahalwan. It can accommodate more persons without disturbing the body lining. Pick up is quite sufficient as required on roads. Comfortable for long journey. The dicky at the rear portion is quite large.

    Hi! I have got a Premier Padmini Deluxe (1986). The Engine is still quite peppy; so is suspension & Aircon. Car is in need of some body work and may be a full body paint. I have recently moved to Ahmedabad and If some body knows a decent garage/mechanic please do inform. For some stupid regulation of transport department, I can't put LPG/CNG kit in the car. Can somebody suggest a way out. The only problem car has is the fuel economy. Do we have real fan (club) of this old warhorse in Ahmedaba

    Hi !
    I am from Chennai.Do love to have a forum for Premier Padmini cars.I have a 1991 model, and I LOVE it.But lately thinking of putting in a DIESEL engine, and an A.C.Looking for advice on engine ( whether the 137 D will sit in a petrol car.); on what AC to go for.Please reply guys.( And keep this forum active.)
