    Final Words Car is good but sales as service poor

    Areas of improvement This complaint is against nissan company. I haved booked nissan evalia on 17th november. I told I want storm white color they told me that pearl white is available. I seed that color. It was ok. I told that i like this color but i want to see storm white. They said me ok. U book car we’ll show u. But for booking we will write pearl white. I told but i will see storm white then only select the car. They agreed. After 10 days im calling them they are saying the storm white is not available and the company is not producing this car. It told them ok I want to cancel the car they told me u have to take pearl white So I told that i want 2 cancel they said me u will be charged 10000 rs for cancellation I told this urs fault of u all told me that storm white is available So they were nt agring they were forcing me 2 take pearl white . So i have to forcefully take the car. So i told them i want red color. They told I’ll get the car in 2 days on 21st december 2012. I agreed. On 23rd dec i call them an asked them that car camed. They not responsing me on 24th december i gone to showroom my representative nikhil told It will take time for your car i told no i want it urgent. Or I'll cancel the car they told give me a day ill talk up with my sales manager I told ok then on 25th december i again gone to showroom they told me that it will take 10 to 15 days for your car to come i told ok but ill not wait after 15th day. They said me ok.

    On 28th december I again call up my executive mr. Nikhil to again confirm my order he said your order has been accepted. now i take up the vip number and the company is saying ull get up car on 9th jan 2013 I told this is not the fair deal. the company harrassed me for 3 month. so on 5th i gone to showroom and cancel up they harrassed me to give my money back also.bring this bring that. I had to pay bank penalty of 20000 and for forfeiting loan early and my vip number loss of 25000 . this comapny is really bad in india . please dnt allow this type company to work in india. Today in india tv news came that nissan is making 1 more stockyard in chennai. what is use of that if no car is their with company. friends for your good im saying to you dont by nissan car
