American car giant, Ford, is celebrating a manufacturing milestone for its fuel-saving EcoBoost petrol engines. The brand, in fact, has revealed that five million units have been produced globally since the engine line was launched in 2009.

The India-made Alto 800, Alto K10 and Celerio hatchbacks have been launched in Algeria. The cars have been priced at 880,000 Algerian Dinars (Rs 5.70 lakh), the Alto K10 at 980,000 AD (Rs 6.34 lakh), and the Celerio at 1.141 million AD (Rs 7.39 lakh) respectively and are being brought into the Algerian market via the CBU route.
