Toyota registers a growth of 24% this May

Toyota Kirloskar Motor registered sales of 7470 units in May 2011. The company sales grew by 24% when compared to the corresponding period last year. Etios sold 3412 units in May 2011.

Toyota Educates Youngistan on Traffic Safety

Indian Automotive Registers Healthy Growth in February 2010

The Indian automakers are on a roll as car manufacturers like Maruti Suzuki and Hyundai have recorded an all time high overall sales (which includes domestic sales and export).  Tata Motors, Fiat India, Toyota Kirloskar, Mercedes-Benz and General Motors sales figures too jumped up by a huge margin.

Toyota to Showcase 14 Cars at The Auto Expo

Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd. (TKM) announced that it will display 14 production and concept vehicles at the 10th Auto Expo in Delhi to be held at Pragati Maidan from January 5 to 11, 2010. More than 2,200 square meters (Hall no. 6) will be used to display a diverse line-up of products, and more importantly the much awaited ‘world premiere of the compact car’.

Toyota Models To Become Dearer from January 2010

Toyota Introduces New Syllabus for Training Program

Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd., in collaboration with Toyota Motor Corporation and its nationwide dealer network, has introduced a distinctive training model for Body and Paint Repair (BP) under the Toyota Technical Education Program (T-TEP), at the Sir C. V. Raman Industrial Training Institute, Delhi. With this program, Toyota Kirloskar Motor intends to enhance the technical abilities and employability of Industrial Training Institute (ITI) students in the age group of 16 to 18 years. The program will benefit ITIs in building skilful technicians for the Indian automotive repair industry.
