Red Bull Racing driver Neel Jani drove the Red Bull Racing Formula One show car on the world’s highest motorable road at the Khardung-La pass in the Leh region of India which is at a height of 18,380 feet. Red Bull Racing is the first Formula One team that has managed to transport, fire-up and drive an F1 car on what is arguably the most challenging driving terrain in the world.

Formula One World Champions Red Bull Racing drove their Formula One car down Rajpath, one of New Delhi’s most iconic roads. 60,000 fans cheered on Red Bull Racing’s driver, Daniel Ricciardo, as he powered his Formula One car down the ceremonial boulevard for the Republic of India.

Racing fans in Mumbai got up close and personal with Red Bull Racing Can for the first time ever at Wilson College on Saturday. Bringing out the best in engineering and design enthusiasts, participants used Red Bull cans powered by radio-controlled motors to build the city’s fastest can on wheels. Completing six laps with a time of 3 minutes and 19 seconds, Dhairya Zaveri from  SIWS, Wadala and Vaishnavi Pathare from Ruia College of Team Red Riding Bulls will go on to represent Mumbai in the national finals in Delhi on October 1, 2011. Rounding off the top podium positions were the Bull Racers from WLCI College and Apex Predators from Terna Engineering College.

Students from the JJ School of Arts have decided to show their enthusiasm for motorsport by constructing a life-size Formula 1 car made entirely out of recycled Red Bull Cans.
