Mahindra launched the facelift version of the Bolero, with prices starting at Rs 6.33lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the BS-IV version. The Bolero gets a new fascia with a new front bumper, head lamps, and grille. On the engine front, it now gets the common rail on the old 2.5-litre m2Di engine. This engine produces 68bhp and 195Nm of torque. The top-of-the-line ZLX variant even gets the Micro Hybrid technology. 

The 67th Mahindra Great Escape recently concluded in Mandawa, Rajasthan with over 50 Mahindra SUVs manoeuvring the challenging route. The Annual ‘Invitation Only’ Great Escape received an overwhelming response from offroading enthusiasts. The cars negotiated a route across 35 km of steep inclines and undulating sand dunes, leaving everyone asking for more.

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. announced that its auto sales for August 2010 stood at 28903 units as against 22413 units during August 2009, an increase of 29%. The company’s domestic sales stand at 27275 units during August 2010, as against 21410 units during August 2009, an increase of 27%. Exports have grown by 62% during the same period.

The 59th edition of the Mahindra Great Escape concluded  in Panvel, near Mumbai. There were over 70 vehicles from the Mahindra stable manoeuvring the challenging route. Mahindra customers from Mumbai and neighbouring areas participated in the rally. The offroading enthusiasts had a field day as they negotiated an arduous, undulating route of over 60 km to reach the finish point.

Pete's Automotive launched the Bilstein shock absorbers for the Toyota Fortuner in a function held on 20th August 2009 in Kochi. The Mahindra Bolero has been ranked the highest in total customer satisfaction in the SUV / MPV category in the 2009 four-wheeler Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) study conducted by TNS Automotive, the specialist division of TNS Global. The Mahindra Bolero has been graded against brands like the Toyota Innova, the Chevrolet Tavera, the Tata Sumo and the Tata Safari. The Bolero has achieved a TRIM Index score of 96, as against the automotive industry average of 91.

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M) recently organised the Mahindra Bolero Mileage Marathon aimed at highlighting the superior mileage of India’s No. 1 SUV, at Kochi. A total of 32 Bolero families participated in the event which was a special customer-centric initiative. 

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (M&M Ltd.) today announced that its domestic auto sales for the month of November 2009 stand at 21387 units (which includes Utility Vehicle, three wheelers and Logan), as against 10430 units in November 2008, an increase of 105.1%.
