Hyundai Motors India Domestic Sales Up by 17.2 percent

Hyundai Motor India Ltd registered a growth of 17.2%, over the same month last year, in domestic sales. HMIL’s total sales for August, 2010 stood at 50,636 units as against 49,521 units in August, 2009 registering a 2.3 % cumulative growth over the same period last year. The domestic sales accounted for 28,601 units as against 24,401 units in August, 2009 while the exports declined by 12.3 % from 25,120 units in August, 2009 to 22,035 units in August, 2010.

Hyundai Motor India Inducts Students into 'Hyundai Traffic Squad'

Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL), a fresh batch of 120 students into the ‘Hyundai Traffic Squad’ for the fifth consecutive year in an attempt to make Delhi roads safer. Inaugurated by Mr. Tejender Khanna, Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, at a ceremony in New Delhi today, the Student Traffic Volunteers Scholarship Scheme (STVS Scheme), is a unique HMIL partnership with the Institute of Road Traffic Education (IRTE) and traffic police to provide safer roads for motorists and pedestrians.

Hyundai Motor India Ltd reaches 30 lakh Production & Sales Figure

Korean President Visits Hyundai Factory

Hyundai to Hike Price Feb 1 Onwards

Hyundai is offering its popular small car, the Santro, at Rs 2.99 lakh - the price that the car was originally launched at ten years ago, when it was first launched in the Indian market. Hyundai's Public Sector Undertaking scheme

Hyundai Motor India Ltd, announced a special scheme for the employees of the central government-owned Public Sector undertakings like ONGC, NTPC, etc. Earlier in October the company had launched a scheme for the Government employees. The scheme for PSU employees will run concurrently with the government employees scheme and is expected to add to the efficacy of the existing government employees scheme enabling a larger number of central government employees to purchase a Hyundai product.

Hyundai rides high on exports

Hyundai Motor India Ltd recorded an overall growth of 65.8% over the same month last year. Exports grew by 168.4% while domestic sales grew by 9.9% over October 2007.
