The Hyderabad International Auto Show 2010 kicks-off today. The four day Auto show will exhibit several exotic cars and bikes from across the world. BMW has launched its new 5-Series starting with the 535i, 530d, 523i and 525d.The 5-Series range begins at Rs 38.9 lakhs (ex-showroom). The 535i will a complete CBU, while the rest of the cars will be manufactured in BMW’s Chennai plant.   The sixth-generation 5-Series (F10) has been built on the modified 7-Series chassis. The new 5-Series is bigger and heavier than the outgoing 5-Series model.

Jaguar Land Rover today announced the appointment of Dr. Ralf Speth as the chief executive officer with overall responsibility for the company's operations.  He will report to Carl-Peter Forster, the recently appointed Group chief executive officer of Tata Motors.

BMW has launched the new sixth generation of the 5-Series at Munich. The new BMW 5-Series is built on the modified 7-Series chassis. The new 5-Series is bigger and heavier than the outgoing 5-Series model.
