Hyundai Motor India Ltd continued to grow with cumulative sales growing by 13.6% for the month of June, 2011.HMIL’s total sales for June, 2011 stood at 52,531 units as against 46,253 units in June, 2010 registering a cumulative growth of 13.6%. The domestic sales accounted for 30,402 units as against 27,366 units in June, 2010 registering growth of 11.1%  while the exports grew by 17.2% from 18,887 units in June, 2010 to 22,129 units in June, 2011.

Hyundai announced the launch of the Accent 2011 edition. The exteriors of the Accent get a chrome finished front grille and the chrome garnish over the license plate gives a classic look to the Accent 2011 edition. Hyundai Motor India Ltd achieved record sales of 34,725 units in the domestic market this month which is the highest ever since the company started sales in September, 1998. This is also the first time that HMIL in the last four consecutive months has achieved over 50,000 units of sale cumulatively. HMIL’s total sales for October, 2010 stood at 52,225 units as against 51,735 units in October, 2009 registering an increase of 0.9%. The domestic sales accounted for 34,725 units as against 28,301 units in October, 2009 while the exports dipped by 25.3% from 23,434 units in October, 2009 to 17,500 units in October, 2010.

Hyundai Motor India Ltd registered a growth of 17.2%, over the same month last year, in domestic sales. HMIL’s total sales for August, 2010 stood at 50,636 units as against 49,521 units in August, 2009 registering a 2.3 % cumulative growth over the same period last year. The domestic sales accounted for 28,601 units as against 24,401 units in August, 2009 while the exports declined by 12.3 % from 25,120 units in August, 2009 to 22,035 units in August, 2010.

Hyundai Motor India Ltd registered its growth in the domestic sales by 24.2% over the same month last year.  HMIL’s total sales for July, 2010 stood at 50,411 units as against 45,539 units in July, 2009 registering a 10.7% cumulative growth over the same period last year. The domestic sales accounted for 28,811 units as against 23,193 units in July, 2009 while the exports declined by 3.3% from 22,346 units in July, 2009 to 21,600  units in July, 2010.

Hyundai Motor India Ltd, continued to be on a growth trajectory with the domestic sales growing by 18.9 % in June 2010 over the same month last year.

Hyundai Motor India Ltd, achieved sales of 31,501 units for the month of March, 2010 in the domestic market, registering 27.3% growth over the same month last year.

Hyundai Motor India Ltd. launched its LPG variant of the Accent. The LPG, bi-fuel variant will be priced at Rs 533,900 which is Rs 34,900 more than the existing petrol model and it is fitted with an engine immobilizer as a standard fitment for added security.
