Ford launches EcoSport Black Edition at Rs 8.58 lakh

Ford India has introduced a new ‘Black Edition’ model of its popular compact SUV , the EcoSport, at Rs 8.58 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Owing to rising competition from the Maruti Vitara Brezza, Ford is hoping this variant will help them garner a larger audience. 

The Ford EcoSport ‘Black Edition’ will be available in three variants - Trend+, Titanium & Titanium+ and three powertrains - Ford’s trusted 1.5-litre TiVCT petrol engine with both manual and automatic options, the 1.5-litreTDCi diesel engine as well as the globally-acclaimed 1.0-litre EcoBoost petrol engine. The Black Edition will offer stealthy all-black exteriors including a black grille, black moulded headlamps, 16-inch black alloy wheels, black mirror covers, black fog lamp bezel, black roof rails and Roof cross bars. Prices for this variant will start at Rs 8.58 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
