Fiat India Automobiles have kick started a new theme, named “Italian Technological Marvels” at the Delhi FIAT Caffe on the 10th of July, 2012. The intiative was to showcase a variety of Italian engineering feats and inventions for the next two months. Italian invention across various fields has benefited many a people. 

The conference had put up standees depicting various Italian inventions such as the microprocessor, induction motor, thermometer, typewriter etc to portray strong connection with the theme. The campaign hopes to enlighten students, office goers, business people and prospective buyers of Italian prowess in the field of Automobile engineering into building cars. Mr. Enrico Atanasio of FIAT spoke on the Italian culture of engineering inventions.

A special presentation was made by Mr. Gurpratap Boparai on the 1.3 Multijet Diesel engine technologies and the Common Rail Direct Injection Technology. The FIAT caffe has an Italian touch to it and brings out the feel and charm of Italy to the Showroom. India is the only country in the world to have two FIAT Caffe showrooms. These are FIAT exclusive showrooms and are the first of the many FIAT exclusive showrooms that will be coming up.
