Mitsubishi will discontinue the manufacture of their sports sedan, the Lancer Evo or Evo. Having already taken out and launched 10 editions of the car the company has decided to discontinue with the Evo. Hence Evo X will be the last we will see of the sports sedan worldwide.

The manufacturers plans are still unclear but there were reports of the company gearing up to bring the another edition the Evo IX to India in 2007 but now the age of the Evo seems to have come to an end. Known for their way superior ride and handling capabilities, the Evo's have left their mark. We will miss you dearly!
