According to a German press report, Tata has plans to manufacture an electric version of the Nano.

This electric Nano will be built in co-operation with a Norwegian electric car specialist firm named 'Miljoebil Grenland'. The electric motor will certainly give the Nano more poke, but we wonder how much weight it will gain thanks to the battery pack.
