Honda Accord and CR-V become Cheaper

Honda Siel Cars India Ltd announced a reduction in the prices of its models - Accord and CR-V by Rs 5,000. Ford India is the other manufacturer to offer discount on its SUV, the Endeavour.The prices have been revised following the lowering of specific excise duty by the Government on large cars of engine capacity of 2000cc and above from Rs 20,000 to Rs 15,000 announced in the Union Budget 2009 - 10. The new prices will be applicable with immediate effect.
