Fiat has taken the wraps off the Linea 125S hot sedan for the Indian market. Based on the standard Linea T-Jet, it gets some cosmetic additions and the four-cylinder petrol engine now producing more power and torque.
Firstly, the T-Jet motor has now been tuned to produce 125bhp and 210Nm of torque as compared to the standard car’s 112bhp and 207Nm of torque. The gearbox is a five-speed unit and ABS with EBD is a standard feature on the car.
On the cosmetic front, it gets a nice bright blue paint job, black alloy wheels with red brake callipers and some snazzy badging at the rear. The cabin is feature loaded and gets a touchscreen infotainment system, cruise control, auto head lamps, ambient lighting and leather upholstery.
Fiat cars have always been known for high driving quotient and it looks like this car will carry that forward in addition to looking quite good. Fiat has said that it will launch this Linea 125S in the second half of this year.
