GM International Grandmasters title conferred to 17 Indian dealers

General Motors has announced that 17 dealers from India have officially become 2015 GM International Grandmasters in San Francisco, California. This is the highest honour they received from among the other 167 dealers. 

The Grandmasters programme started on May 8 and took place for four days. Participants were updated on GM’s business, brands and product plans. They also got an opportunity to get behind the wheel of several GM vehicles.

Arvind Saxena, President and Managing Director, GM India, said, "Our dealers are key members of our team in India. Like GM, our dealers are putting the customer at the center of everything they do to earn customers for life. They have truly earned the right to be called Grandmasters."

The GM International Grandmasters program was in its 12th edition this year and took place this weekend. The event is organised to award the best GM dealers all over the world where they are rewarded for their excellence in servicing GM vehicles. Depending on the quantity and the quality of their operations, winners are judged based on vehicle and parts sales, service, customer satisfaction and facility standards.

GM India has been making constant efforts to improve their sales and service in our country. They have recently introduced the Chevrolet Complete Care programme with assured low cost of maintenance. It is available across all its 268 service outlets and the company strives to provide the best ownership experience to their customers through these and the other 241 sales outlets all over India.
