We are 10 days past since flashing first small ad of carwale.com.

We are fortunate to see this opportunity and to work upon it. As I review the traffic, hits, inquiries and other responses... it's a mix feeling. First, I am even more convinced of the magnitude by which we can improve 'Car Buying Experience' of an Indian customers...and the tremendous value that we can deliver to our member dealers.

We have now focussed to strengthen our admin and backend systems. Tracking inquiries, followups and responses is another prime task.

We have to ensure at least two things for now and always in the life of Carwale.com. These are basics to survival.
1. Focus to see that we continuously deliver 'Quality Customers' to our Dealer.
2. We respond to our customers with Speed and accurate Information.

Many important things can be listed which will affect our success and returns. But for now, I think we must ensure these.

We are working to start kalyan, Thane, Mumbai and Indore to help many more buyers and sellers of cars in these places.
