Skoda Fabia to launch in Jan 2008, finally

hello people..

have been listening about this car by skoda being launched in India for ages now....dont know what its called though...

any one here who has a better idea??

Skoda surely has been toying around for a long time with the idea of introducing a small car in India. At the upcoming Auto Expo though, Skoda is expected to showcase the Fabia - its small-car which will be launched as a premium hatchback.

The SKodas are going to Launch aremium Hatch evrsion called the Fabia it will come here to india Around 2008 and it  will have 1.2 L petrol engine and 1.4L diesel engine , pricing is expected slightly above the Getz and Swift

a car by skoda thats priced like a swift or a getz??

hehe...now shoot people..i am done with my research on the car...it is indeed getting launched this january....

i know all the minutest of details about the car now..thanks to the net...but the price at which it is going to be intoduced in india, is something i havnt figured out yet...n maybe,just maybe...what i read was about the old fabia estate...in that case i aplogise....

dont know much about the car...for that matter cars...guess i am going to be inactive in a very short time now...half of the stuff that is going on here is past me..joined only beacuse of my love for cars...

on orkut joined the fabia community..it says the car is coming in mid 2007...some say jan...what is the real deal now??

Its priced between the getz , and the Logan or fusion

and its  hatch and it comes in 1.2L petrol and 1.4 Diesel engine

Expect the Petrol one to cost around 6 - 6.5 On ROAD KARNATAK

and Diesel somewhere around 7 - 7.5 On road Karnataka

and if i intend to buy a fabia...when/where/how??

when are the bookings starting and whom to contact??

showroom people have no idea.. they just go blank in their face and ask to come back or call later...

is it he same old fabia estate that is being launched or a newer version.

i ask because the estate has been there abroad for quite a long time and has been upgraded to other finer versions later.vrs is the latest.

which one is coming to india? college gossip says it is going to be priced quite highly, more than even the fiesta. true?

 

Just be patient man , the dealers will not have any clue even if they did they will not revael it to the Public,

As soon as the car is launched , just go to your nearest Skoda Dealer and get details from there
