Maybach Cars

Founded by Wilhelm Maybach in 1909, the company was originally known as Maybach-Motorenbau GmbH and was a subsidiary of Luftschiffbau Zeppelin/GmbH till 1918. The company''s operation started by manufacturing diesel and gas engines for Zeppelins and later it graduated to building large and luxurious automobiles. Dead for a long time, Maybach was revived as a brand in the early 2000s with the production of Maybach 57 and Maybach 62. The numbers signify the length of the cars - 57 being 5.7 meters and 62 being 6.2 meters. The cars can be ordered over a video conference with the dealer and can be customized to suit the customer''s needs.
