    DRIVING:
    Few thousand kilometers

The car is very good . Its a 2012 car and including True Value waranty the total warranty I am getting till 2016 .

But If you are planning to buy a car from True Value , be very much cautious of the dealer. They are always ready to misguide you and don't ever believe what they are saying. Check everything on papers. They will say many things before you make the final payment.

I purchased this car from Sai Service , Hyderabad . And before purchasing i asked them if everything is in order and they said Yes. I believed them as I thought I am buying from Maruti , so everything should be ok.

On the promised delivery date , they could not deliver. They delivered almost 5 days after the promised delivery date and that too after around 10 calls daily to them. On delivery I noticed that the guy has not brought any papers , including the duplicate key. He said everything will be given the next day.Again I believed them and made the ful payment in cash.

Next day : I called them (to get the shock of my life) , and they are telling me that
    1) the insurance for the car has expired many days ago
    2) duplicate key and remote is not available

I asked them to give me the experied insurace documenst , so that I can atleast renew that one. That too they are not having. They were supposed to transfer the ownership to my name , so I asked them to do that , then I will take care of the insurance.

    Meanwhile ,
    1) they delivered the car with a punctured spare tyre. I took it to repairing shop , they are saying the puncture is in such a place that it can not be repaired and the tubeless tyre needs to be replaced.
    2) when the car was sent for servicing , it turned out that the oilsum(which contains the engine oil) is damaged , and before delivery they have used mseal to block the leak.

Anyways , all this happened six months back . And still they have not been able to transfer the ownership to my name.

My advise to you all if you are planning to buy from Maruti True Value :
    1) have the car checked from another service centre.
    2) Check all papers
    3) Check for all keys and remotes
    4) Check the tyre condtions.
