        Specifications

        • Engine & Transmission

          • Engine Type
            Electric Motor

The official title given by the manufacturer in terms of the name of the engine, the displacement and the number of cylinders.

A bigger displacement and more than four-cylinders generally indicate a performance-oriented engine.

          • Fuel Type
            Electric

All cars in India either run on petrol, diesel, CNG, LPG or electric power.

          • Max Power (bhp@rpm)
            25 bhp @ 3750 rpm

Gives a good idea of the performance of the vehicle under full thrust. A higher figure here usually means a higher top speed as well.

Higher the power, the peppier the engine but it can also affect fuel economy.

          • Max Torque (Nm@rpm)
            53 Nm @ 3400 rpm

Relates to in-gear acceleration. A higher figure here means better roll-on acceleration, fewer gear shifts, and possibly better fuel efficiency.

The more torque at low RPM range makes the engine feel more responsive. It also allows the engine to run smoothly without too many gear changes.

          • Performance on Alternate Fuel
            25 bhp @ 3750 rpm, 53 Nm @ 3400 rpm

The time it takes for cars running on alternative fuels (CNG) to reach higher speeds from a standstill

There's usually a dip in performance when one switches to alternate fuel

          • Transmission
            Automatic

Type of transmission used to transfer power from the engine to the wheels

A manually operated transmission is the most popular type, thanks to its simplicity and low cost. Varied types of automatic transmissions are also available.

          • Alternate Fuel
            Electric

Petrol cars can be fitted with CNG (compressed natural gas) kits or in some cases they come factory fitted as well. Then there are other systems like hybrid powertrain and electric motors which are expensive but have a much lower running cost.

Maintaining a quarter tank of the primary fuel helps when you run out of the alternate fuel

        • Dimensions & Weight

          • Length
            3280 mm

The length of the car decides its segment. In India, cars that are less than 4 metres in length enjoy reduced excise duties.

            Length
            • Length: 3280

Longer length results in more cabin space. It also adds to straight line stability.

          • Width
            1514 mm

A car's width is defined as its widest point without its mirrors.

            Width
            • Width: 1514

Although more width gives you more lateral space inside the cabin, it makes the car more difficult to park in narrow spots.

          • Height
            1560 mm

The height of the car denotes the highest point of the vehicle from the ground.

            Height
            • Height: 1560

Taller the car, the more headroom there is on offer inside the cabin. However, a tall boy stance also affect the car’s centre of gravity which can cause more body roll.

          • Wheelbase
            1958 mm

The space between the center of the front and rear wheels.

            Wheelbase
            • Wheelbase: 1958

The longer the wheelbase, the more space there is inside the cabin.

          • Ground Clearance
            180 mm

It’s the space between the lowest point of the car and the ground.

            Ground Clearance
            • Ground Clearance: 180

If the car has a good amount of clearance, it’s easier for it to clear big speed breakers and overall, deal with bad roads.

          • Kerb Weight
            830 kg

The total weight of the vehicle with all the standard equipment and all the required fluids.

          • Wheels
            Steel Rims

The wheels used on cars are either steel rims with plastic wheel cover hub or alloy wheels on higher spec models or expensive cars.

        • Not worth the money
Exterior Looks are quite good and the good part ends there! Compact from outside, but spaceous inside. Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interiors are decent and good quality. map feature is good, but you have to pay for updates. Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox Battery driven car. Battery works well in the first year and the performance keeps going down after that. M&M convinently keep it secret that after 5 years you have to spend 3-4Lakhs to replace the batteries. Software quality is also bad and makes us stranded on the road. We have had quite a few instances like that the M&M is not able to fix it permanently. They only provide temporary fixes. Ride Quality & Handling Drive experience is not that great and you can feel jerks. Clutch is not very comfortable.  Final Words Not worth the price. I wouldn't suggest anyone to buy this. Although E2O is discontinued now, E2O Plus is no different except in size. Areas of improvement Battery perforamance and software quality.Very few. Easy to drive,Too many problems

        • very good economical city toy car
Exterior  very nice, scratch free due to the quality of material used, no scratch on the car in the last 15 motnhs [ in spte of adequate episodes], looks are attractive. Interior (Features, Space & Comfort)  space is adequate for 4 persons. luggage space is adequate for city for a family shopping, can be easily increased as the rear seat can be easily folded, sound system is good but could be better, touch screen sound system, GPS, bluetooth, and what not--the car is absolutely fully loaded and contains everything available in the market. The accessories could have been laser to reduce the price and make it more cheaper. Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox  excellent engine performance, it is alike a toy car. Without the boost gear, the pick up is very good. Automatic makes it an absolute pleasure drive. Very good for city for a family. After 15 months, very satisfied with drive. Car does not have a traditional engine and so no oil, clutch or the associated maintainence. There is once a year small service --check up - only. Very economical drive as no gasoline is used. One charge over 5 hours can take it for 100 km [ company says 120 kms]. NO POLLUTION, NO EXHAUST AND NO PUC. Ride Quality & Handling very good ride even at high speed. Little jumpy at rear on speed breakers only. Handles well. The car has EBS, ABS and what not. So rides very well.  Final Words  VERY GOOD CITY TOY CAR. IF YOU HAVE ONE CAR FOR UNLIMITED MILAGE, THEN SECOND CAR MUST BE THIS FOR CITY DRIVE. REMEBER A FAMILY DRIVES 95% TIMES IN THE CITY ONLY. EXCELLENT FOR LADIES. Areas of improvement    DOOR PLASTICS, NO SOUND SYSTEM REQUIRED SO THAT CUSTMOER CAN HAVE A CHOICE.   pollution free, automatic, peppy drive, excellent for 4 in city drive, very stable at high speedsdoor plastics, too much of sophistication

        • BREAKDOWN
Not a great vehicle. My advice is never even go to the showroom to have a look at this car. Today night I was driving this car from Vijaynagar at 1930 hours near the bus depot. That time the charge was 36%. From there I came to ISCKON temple at 2000 hours and left ISCKON at 2044 hours and the charge was 22%. After that I came to Rajajinagar E Block 4th Main (which is not even one and half kilometre from ISCKON) All of a sudden the vehicle showed 0% and ended at 2100 approx. I called a man called Madhuker (9845XXXXXX) at 2104 hours he gave me plant tollfree number (1800102XXXX) and i called at 2108 hours. Then they told me that road assistance people will call you soon, one man called kuldeep (8110XXXXXX) called me at 2130 and told that they will inform the road side assistance and ask them to call you, but the road side assistance(towers) called late at 2201 hours and he cut the call in the middle of the conversation and again he called me at 2218 hours. So I was single woman who waited their one and half hour in the night time they have not provided any help for me. Making a female wait for hours together is not a good matter its a serious issue in itself. SO PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY THIS VEHICLE. ITS CRAP.ElectricSedden Breakdown
