If there is any anomaly in what is conveyed to the prospective customer than what is available in the magazine, CarWale will hold no responsibility for the same.
   
2. It should be noted that through our transaction service, CarWale informs and assures consumers about the collection and confidentiality of personal information requested. If the user experiences any form of problem during the online transaction, he/she may opt for "Cash on Delivery" option wherein a valid cheque or demand draft will be accepted and the package will dispatched after the amount is realized. The user can also drop in a cheque of the accurate amount in favour of Automotive Exchange Pvt. Ltd. at the nearest ICICI Bank.
