Stealing @ Capital Honda

Let me share my Traumatic experience @ Capital Honda Service Station, Kottivakkam, Chennai.

I had purchased a new Honda amaze and had installed GPS system during delivery. The car's performance was good apart from an intermittent minor noise probably coming out of the AC unit.

We checked in our car for the first free service @ Capital Honda, OMR. But my memory card was stolen and the noise issue unattended. And the worse part was the callous attitude of the service station manager who treated my 5000 rs memory card as a 10rs item. I found the staff of Capital Honda highly incompetent, corrupt and not customer-friendly.

Till date, we have not heard from them regarding the complaint we have raised. I guess they are OK to lose just one customer while they can service many who would not have the time and resource to complain online.

In a nutshell, I would highly recommend a honda car but never to have it serviced from capital honda, chennai.
