A great VFM with decent performance.

Thanks Charles for the review.

Honesty is not a Spare Wheel that you pull out when in trouble. It's a Steering Wheel that keeps you on the right path throughout the life's journey.

Dear Rahul,

Thanks for the honest opinion. We do realize that we are late in testing cars. We would appreciate if you could elaborate a bit on the 'horrible review' part. Is it just the gear-knob mention in drivetrain section or there are other things that you would like to point out as well. It will definitely help us write better reviews next time onwards.

Thanks.

pathetic angles(photography), people r wearin chappall how unprofessional is that

A fully-loaded E8 Xylo will set you back by Rs ____,
whats this ?
The Xylo possesses Bridgestone _______ all-terrain tyres.
whats this?
i have driven the car myself
The steering wheel is a little too large – and maybe a little truck like. (This isn't correct) its similar to the Scorpio (Incorrect data).
The steering is thicker not bigger
If its bigger the its easier to steer
and btw Trucks have horizontal steering, Xylo doesn't
the steering weight does translate to a very mild shoulder ache after 500km behind the wheel. (The steering angle is perfect, its placed in such a manner that your arms dont pain)
considering the fact that the drivers seat is tilted well, the steering angle is proper
On one hand you say "but the power and turbo kick in on the Xylo is quite a bit of fun." but the turbo kicks in after 2000rpm.and then you say "it sounds rough, especially beyond 2000rpm."
Please check english also if possible. horrible formation of sentences

Dear Rahul,

Your criticism on chappal thing, not filling the data completely is constructive and is humbly accepted. We will definitely take utmost care in these areas.

As far as other pointers are concerned, I will ask Charles to reply to you. I am car-illiterate. :P

Thank you very much. Appreciate the help.

Rahul,

Thank you for pointing out the errors. They have been corrected. I disagree with the chappals, though. The only thing one should worry about wearing in a car is a seat belt, which you may have noticed, our chappal-clad model is wearing. Maybe it's just me - I'm used to going for a drive wearing shorts. Anyway.

Could you please point out some of the sentences which are horribly formed?

Almost forgot to reply to the other things you've mentioned - all of your points are subjective, so there isn't any argument for or against them.

However, I would like to point out that the engine's acoustic properties and its power delivery are mutually exclusive, and as such we can like the way the power is delivered without liking the noise that accompanies it.

Okay. Thank you.

Rahul, your critcisms are welcome and we are acting on it, but I'm going to ask you to not be unneccessarily rude. It will only work against you eventually.

I'm still waiting for your reply to my question.
