Power Windows - Front for santro xing gl ?

IS it possible to get the Power Windows - Front fitted for the hyundai santro xing gl? What would be the cost for getting this done?

A definite yes.It should cost u around Rs 9000 in the showroom and 13500 for both front and rear.Please check the prices with the dealer.

After market front will cost u Rs 7400 for the front.

thanks. because the major difference in GL & GLS is power windows. the cost between two variants is 20000/-.

Well, Pavan, I too had the same dilemma when I was trying to choose Santro GL v/s GLS. Please keep in mind that Santro GLS has the following:

(1) Power steering.

(2) Front power windows. (Plus, the front-left-power-window can be operated by the front-left passenger as well as the driver).

(3) Central Lock.

(4) Waistline moulding.

Santro GL does not have any of the above.

So, the difference of around 20K is more than worth in my view. I finally chose a Santro GLS and am a happy customer today Also, I dashed the car but thanks to the waistline moulding the damage looks negligible.
