is cental locking safe and good for cars

I have bought spark ps and wish to install central locking and the shopkeeper is saying that guardian is good as it is autocop compeany brand there are two type of cen locking with or without immobiliser pl advise that central locking is fullproof antitheft and which is good with or without immobiliser pl also advice which are the must accessories for a new car to keep it safe and in good running condition i shall be thankful

I suggest u go for Xenos it is better than Autocop.

An immobiliser or immobilizer is an electronic device fitted to an automobile which prevents the engine from running unless the correct key (or other token) is present. This prevents the car from being "hot wired" after entry has been achieved.

So immobilizer is a must.

Thanks for your valuable suggestions pl also suggest that is central locking with immobiliser is sufficient for safety of car or gear lock all the time with cen locking is must because gear lock at home in narrow lanes of delhi city can cause harm if some one hit your car from back in front of your house by chance and your car is  in reverse gear locked
