Hi, I have two cars Zen Sep 2004 Lxi completed 57K kms and Indica DLS Turbo Nov 2006 have completed 35K kms. I have to sell one car among them, pls suggest which one to stay with for long run. I drive 13-15 thousand kms in a year. Out of which 3-4 thousand kms are driven on highways. Also pls suggest the average maintainance cost.

suggest to sell Zen 1. Its an old car & Petrol. 2. Your monthly running calls for diesel car. It will save atleast 30 to 40% of your monthly fuel bill.

DLS is prooved engine. You should not have any problem is maintained well.

Hi

I suggest u sell the zen as it is petrol car, falling resale value, discontinued model, high running cost, inefficient ac,cramped rear, spare might be a problemand small boot.

The Dls turbo is suitable as fuel efficient, turbo engine, good ac,sufficent boot for luggage, low running,Geninune 5 seater, more safer than zen and maintenance costs

The Indica will do better for the long run, its build quality is far better than the Zen.

The Zen is older, and out of production too. Spares are still available for the zen, but you would want to keep a car(Indica) that is still in production.

Will it help to let you know that our dear moderator Pankaj Prasad also has an Indica Turbo, also of 2006 pedigree. If he, in all his awareness, could choose this car, you should be nuts to sell it over an old ghost of a zen... wotsay?

So much pots and pans on god old Zen Wink My heart is always with the zen. It is a gem of a car.

However, the space in Indica and the diesel (with turbo) factor tells me that you have to keep the indica and sell the zen

Sell the INDICA,keep the ZEN.The ZEN is more reliable on the long run.The Indica will start giving problems in another year.I suggest you sell the Indica.

I'd say offer both, sell whichever gets you a better ( in relation to its actual used car value) offer
