I've not driven Ritz, so I cant comment much.

According to TD reports I rate both the cars as same with i10 having an edge because of better built and more feaures.

Woh jo bhi ho....Both are good cars and are having good sales numbers.

So how to decide: Take a TD of the car. Vxi will help you to solve the music system issue IMO

Finally I am going with i10 Sportz... Music system is the only issue for me...which I think can be replace after 1 year with any good 2Din Music system... 

Or

If you can suggest me any way to improve the quility of sound (All Dhmaka!!) for the company fitted 2Din system?

Good that u have settled for Sportz.... there are many threads related to ICE in this forum. Search for few and you will get loads of information on how and what combination is good.

@Chandan: You can think of changing the speakers and adding an amplifier.
