I own an Alto standard varient which had run 27 K kms in 3 yrs. Now 'am planning to sale it off and go for an upgradation. for loan foreclosure remains are 103 k and local true value (Siliguri) is offering me 145 k for my used one. Is it a good value ? your valuable suggestions requested.

Thanks, seen that much before but practically it's very hard to get that price (1.72k). in my place (siliguri) the price of my model revolves around 1.5L.

I think it is harsh on you but is true. You won't get much more than this.

Resale value depends a lot on local market - availability & demand.

Alto is extremely user friendly car with best fuel efficiency and excellent driving in hills and plains which is good for Siliguri.Alto also commands best resale value,do not hurry in your sale, put an ad on Carwale or sell to user directly throun news paper ad.Avoid dealers who will declare your car to be junk and offer very low price.

Thanks all !!

@Nipun - Though it's tough to restrict myself from the temptation to go for a new car, I am trying hard to hold myself till I get a better price.

Do I require to post a new thread to get advice on new car "budget 3.5L"

Dear Mods & experts, Please help.

Yes, starting a new thread in the Buying a Car section will be better (this section pertains to Selling a Car).

Here's a LINK to start a new thread.
