dear ranjan, nice to hear from you, yes, the bumbers are body coloured,i did not fit after market central locking, because it also comes with anti theft alarms and when ever my dogs bark, the car would start shouting, same with crackers burst too, besides if my drviver forgetfully opens the door using a key it will shout for 10 minutes, also am afraid of fitting after market electricals,i would never forget 3 guys who lost their lives in a locked santro in chennai-faulty wiring, rains, also fire accidents are reported in faulty wiring,so,no after market wiring for me,only reverse horns fitted for which the car has provision,no wiring needed

i live near pondicherry in tamilnadu,am a doc,if you want to know my experiences with linea, there is a seperate thread -linea my love, type in search box and you can see, read.thanks for the info about gujarat,it was nice to know,i have never been to such places, take care, happy week end.

@rakesh,for your driving needs, kms done,it would be better to stick to petrol linea,i own a multijet diesel, the car is taken out only on sundays but it does 400kms then

Thanks for the Update. Well I am a Doctor too! Wink Seems that Linea infects the hearts of Doctors!

I have read your reviews on the Linea....infact have scoured and gone through all the threads about it at most of the forums.

But this carwale forum is the best and most informative...unlike some forums where one is required to give short write up ...exam in grammar ...to prove oneself wothy of writing to the forum.

Cool Linea is Cool! Corolla and Civic are very common now. And when we get all the features in this car then why spend the extra money Wink Man this Linea is Superb and looks better than them too.

Well I specialise in Medicine, But now adays have become a Leprologist and an Administration expert. How about you?

Hpe your Linea is running Fine!

no ranjan,if you buy a corolla or a civic you will never have to upgrade for atleast 10 years, with a fiat car you might feel like doing that after may be 6 years, anyways you are again going to spend that that 12 lakhs rs then, why not do it now and save this 7 lakh rs??,as why i didnt do that,i dont like corolla, love civic, but poor ground clearance, its the same with linea too,so the only car i liked this side of 20 lakh rs is linea,i bought it,i would sugest you a corolla or civic after knowing that you are a doc, yes, this linea is the best looking indian car, only other car which comes close is the skoda superb, and if you own a linea, you will long for the week end to just be in the car, irrespective of where the car takes you, just like meWink, its that comfy, but honda and toyota badge have different status value

well,i specialize in the area where you get discharge from almost all the holes!Yell ,but like you iam multi functionalSmile

As is I change cars! I will have to change again may be after 5 yrs. or so. have sold off the Maruti Esteem. Since this car is new now it should last for say 5-6 yrs. should not trouble me till then. As is if all goes well then this will also get a handsome resale value. I am not expecting much as after sales though. Well yes Honda and Corrolla have a brand value..but then here in Navsari and Surat they are very much common the floods in surat has resulted in many second hand Hondas and Skodas. So not much use spending on them.

Well I am planning to drive this car myself and not give it to the driver.
