I baught i10 sportz(1.2 liter engine) on october 2008 form MGF Hyundai. That time hyundai  had promised a gold coin(7.5 gms)and 15000 INR as exchange bonus. Gold coin was give as promised and i would have to wait a couple of months get the 15000 bonus. But now after 9 months of delay they are telling me that discound is only 10000INR.The promiced 15000 was on 1.1 liter i10. What should i do??.I find this as cheating. They on time of purchasing hadnt told me regarding this and had promiced to give 15000 as mentoned in there adverticements.
By this 9 months i've  done my 2 free survice and i'm really fed up with those guyes.. last tme thet scrached my front bumber (that was the first and only scratch on the car)and i had make them repaint it.  wat should i do ? should i contact the customer surve of hyundai?? has any one suffered any similar problems? plz help

MGF Hyundai in Cochin is generally known for very good service, your experience is an eye opener.

This promise of 15,000 INR - is this verbal or did you receive anything in writing from them?  Either way, please call up Hyundai India's customer care number (they had a Gurgaon number) and register a formal complaint.

While doing so, please dont go ballistic and get aggressive - this is probably news to the company as well.  Explain the situation in a composed yet firm manner and trust me ANY company will listen to your grievance.

Keep those wheels turning!

I agree with you that going ballastic may not pay.  Moreover, Anand Alphonse  have given so much business to this dealership and both of them will need each other in future for service.  IMO, before complaining, try to talk out ASS manager for few extra free services or some goodies, tactfully.  I have seen many times, dealers are more amicable to free service etc.  rather than hard cash.  Because most of the service cost to them is labour and profit but to you is real money.  Wish you the best.

If you have anything in writing which proves the offer, the you can fight it out. even a paper clipping/ ad should do i guess.
