Yay!! Victory to the wronged!!
This is one of those rare instances where a dealer has owned up and made good on the promises.
My respect for Hyundai customer service / complaint redressal and Anand's patience and perseverance went up by two notches!
So, should one get cautious right from the beginning and get every offer / discount / freebie in writing when booking a car - is it practical? What is the general level of delinquency by the dealers on this count?
Maybe this question of mine overloads the original thread started (and concluded so successfully) by Anand, but I think this is a follow-up on the issue, hence posting here.
