Fiat - Punto Mileage Issue : NEED HELP !!!!!

    I want to buy the 1.2 FIRE petrol version my only concern was its mileage and I have reasons to worried ..

Punto's Indian official website doesn't quote the mileage .The dealers are not disclosing the Mileage figures honestly. I gathered some information on other web sites (Zigwheels.com, team-BHP.com) and they both say, 1.4L petrol gives 7 to 8Km/L . Which is too less. (the i guess 1.2L might give 9-10Km/L) .

 If any one finds and information w.r.t please replay this tread;

I think it is the same engine as vista safffire 1.2

the milege is 11-13 in the city.

What about having a cng kit in petrol version of punto? Do Fiat engine work well on gas?

Mileage of Fiat- Punto is extremely poor. Mine is 1.2 Petrol n gives only 5-6 kmpl in city n 10 kmpl on highways with AC on. This is difficult to drive. This car has a very poor response in 2nd gear as well. Altogether this car is good for nothing. Today, on environment day, let's pledge not to buy this car anymore.
