1. Vkool is much better than GarWare. Period.
However, if you dont have much travel in the sun, then a basic sun film will do the job. On that front Vkool is better.
2. If you are talking about 40-50% heat reduction, then it would be a lil tight. (I think)
3. Teflon is a brand. We use it in general for the kind of coating that it provides. Like how we use Xerox for photostat. Teflon would impart a glossy finish to your body. It protects it from minor scratches also. It is not recommended if you park your car in Sun for long.
Teflon trademark is held by DuPont. It is available in other brands like 3M/Waxoyl etc....
Anti-rust coating is done under the body so as to prevent rusting. They both are different.
Both of them would be cheaper outside.

Remote locking - Autocop/Xenos are good brands.
