Hi !! first of all sorry for replyin late.i was busy a bit. thnx for ur info.I will talk to the local dealer of Llumar about this.But i guess there is smthing like silver series,platinum and diamond series.rt?? The thing by which we shift gears.(i dont know wht to call it so i refered it as gear lever.)I hv seen some people put leather material cover on that.It covers the gear details like 1,2....m not sure abt this thing so ill not buy it.rest ill go on weekend tel u how was my experience.. You are talking about the cover for the knob. Take it if you like it.

Llumar does have series like you have mentioned about.

If you dont drive much in the sun then the silver one would be more than enough.

though my family car is in Faridabad only...still i have some queries...

firstly i got llumar films installed for Rs1800(1000 rear n side + 800 front).

Got autoform seat covers dual color PU for 5000(4500 seat covers + 500 installation)

Door guards for Rs450(thought it wil b useful)

Transparent mats thick one for Rs650(thou i hv cloth mats)

hope i hv got a good deal...please comment

now my real prob starts..

i enquired about ICE like pioneer 3190 --

one guy told me its for 8500

others wr quotin b/w 6800-7200...all with bill with waranty

but the 8500 guy said they will not give guarantee n bill is also not genuine..and he is the company distributor..he show me some pioneer certificate also to prove his distributorship..

one more thing is as everyone knows i10 has a space for 2din HU..

so could u pls tell me wht all options do i hv in 2din..and is its good to buy one.

and hw its better/bad than 1din...

stay away from the 2dins. You will pay extra money for no additional sound quality. Stick with a good quality 1din. Try the pioneer 6050 1din

Could you please upload some of the photos of the gear lock installed in your car?

I've booked i10 Magna 1.2, but have not found any gear lock compatible with it. May be I am not getting proper information.

I guess Kartik also has gear lock installed in his car.  He would also be able to throw some light on it.

I have booked new i10 magna. I am not able to open a new thread. I am looking for nice music system for my car. Rage from 10,000 to 20,000.

Please provide me the following details

1. Head unit - confused which one to go

2. Front unit - iam planning to have it in window and which one will be the best. what do u mean by compnonet speaker?

3. Back unit -  iam confused whether to fix it in the door r on the boot. Going oval is best for the rear i think. Also one more doubt is, if we are fitting in the boot, will it not be difficult keep the luggages.

I am also looking for a decent sound system for my i10 Magna. To give a better look to the dash I have choose to have Pioneer FH P6050UB. Can you suggest some compatible good speakers with this unit. I want to stick to fit the speakers in doors only.
