For Remote Locking,i would advise to take it from dealer.The name is Hyundai Max.It's by Autocop.It comes for 5K.

If u want to get i outside,make aure it's the one that comes with engine immobiliser functionality.But i dnt think that the diff would be that much.

Gear Lock from dealer could cost u Rs 1200.

Also,please check with the dealer if you do ur car's insurance from Bajaj who is sitting at the dealer,would he give u Anti Theft Device for free.

Because Bajaj is giving this scheme of free Anti Theft Device if the insurance is done by them.But only at Hyundai Dealers.

Why dont you ask the dealer to get you a complimentary remote lock/keyless entry along with a complimentary gear lock. I got both of them FOC.

Yeah, the OEM remote lock has limited functionality but it gets the job done.

By the way this is what I bought,

Pioneer DEH-2190UB - Rs.5800 B&W (DEH2150 is Grey market). Good powerful sound with USB functionality. You may go with 3190/4190 if you want OEL display and SD card support but that is not used much still. USB still rules!

JBL Speaker are loud but not musical, Advise you to go with Pioneer 6 inch TS-A643 speakers. Rs. 3500/- a pair B&W. By the way, In order to compensate for the lack or power and bass I installed 4 speakers rather than 2, both in front and rear doors. Now I can play music at lower volumes without sacrificing bass. Dont forget to screw the speaker directly on the metal sheet of the doors with the help of a drill machine otherwise they will come out loose. Caution - The bigger the door speakers, The less the window glass goes down. Mine goes down only by 80% now for front and 90% for rear. This is the small price you pay to avoid cutting the parcel tray and clutter at the back.

Remote lock - Ask the dealer for FOC otherwise Autocop will set you back by 4000/- and above. Immobilizer wont be necessary if you are goig for a manual gear lock. In india manual gear lock is preferred over electronic anti theft devices.

Film - Dont go with too dark films, u may run into trouble with traffic cops. I went with cheap and best Garware 50% / 70% VLT film @ Rs. 750 for rear wind screen and 4 doors and 2 cut glasses. Remember Garware is value for money so no reason to complain.

I would advise to go for The Central Locking with immobiliser functionality to gear lock.

As it'e becoming a necesity .Also,insurance companies insist on having these in ur car.Because they then give you discounts on premium.

As i did my second yr insurance from Bajaj few weeks back,they had this scheme that they would provide with Free Anti Theft Device.

@Sumeet: For HU I would suggest you to go for 3150 which costs around 6k. For speakers JBL GTO 608C which will cost around 4k.

@Suraj: 2150 is just an entry level HU. 3190/3150 doesnt have SD card support. The main extra feature that we see is 2 pre-outs. Which is very good if you have 2 pairs of speakers or an future upgrades. So the extra 1000 you spend on this HU is totally worth it.

JBL speakers are currently better than Pioneers. JBL plays very clean unlike the pioneers. However I've felt the bass to be more in Pioneer.

i have lot of questions in my mind

1. im confused in color

im interested in oyester grey but someone told me it will look dull after a yr or two...is it so??

my scnd choice will be silver

2. is the dealer im delaing with good...have any one bought it frm there...how is their after sale response???

3. as im buying era model i wanna all the accessories that might be required

i have this post but still able to get a little idea

can u plz guide me in all these accessories specifications and pricing...

a.  floor mats/mud flaps--are these two diff.which mats and flaps should i go for and what will be their price

b.  im music lover and love high BASS and really appreciate usb feature..plz suggest me good music system and also the speakers...does era model give inbuilt spkrs...if yes then is the quality good...plz tell me specs and price of system n spkrs if i have to buy them

c.  im goinf for anti rust coating...is rubber coating necessary...is anti rust coating done only under body...if its done somewhere else also plz specify

d.  im getting gear lock n steering lock frm dealer...but im interested in remote lock/keyless entry...will gear lock n steering lock be necessary after that...where should i go for remote lock n how much will it cost me???

e.  im interested in half leather n half pu seats...if it will be out of my budget...i ll get pu seats...is the ryder seats best...do they have any showroom in delhi or should get them by courier...or plz specify if any other one is good and the prices

f.  i want leather cover...should i get it frm dealer or outside

g.  i also want to know about the filming...im thinkin from garware...but i dont know much about it...kindly tell me specifications which one should i get and the pricing

h. i have also heard from someone about door gaurds...what are these...and are they necessary

4.  im also intersted in wheel covers and rear spoiler and fog lights as they are not provided in era...shoukd i buy these things from dealer only...if from outside what can be approx price

im looking to get as many things from dealer for free like mats,anti-rust coating,perfume,car cover,door gaurds etc...

sorry for huge list of questions but this is my first car so plz help me with ur knowledge and also tell me if im forgetting some accessory that might be necssary

also tell me what all things should i check bfore taking it from showroom
