Arun, Most of the AC problems reported in Vista is having Behr make ac. If you are not satisfied with the ac performance, please report the problem to the dealer and get it checked.

Sunitha, Just open the bonnet and check the bottom side of bonnet for the label with make of ac and R3 coolant type.

Thanks Venu

I am about to take delivery of my Vista Aura QDJ, next week. And I will check up from bonnet label. BTW your vista saffire has Subros make, and you dont have any complaint for AC right?  Any idea about when TML have discontinued to install Bher make? Because I insisted for July/Aug manufacturing car, at the time booking. And sales executive and also TML customer care have assured that i will get latest vehicle, as Vista is a fast moving product.

I feel little bit worried for AC issue.

Amrut, Congrats on your QJD. I don't have any ac complaints absolutely and mine is "Subros". But I don't have any idea whether TML has discontinued Beher make ac in QJD. Please enquire with dealer about the current ac make in QJD and they are bound to provide you this information as there were many complaints. You can aslo visit few dealership and see the QJD ready for delivery to ascertain the current ac make provided

hi

as said i been to service center, they say no problem. i even asked whether is there any faulty ac replaced in vista. the service manager denied instantly. he showed me new vista which is there for delivery. it has same kind of noise as in mine.

would like to ask , how is blower noise with internal/recycle mode on and blower speed at maximum. i have seen noise same as in mine in new one. do your steering has mild vibrations when you are in idle and your ac is on.

Anil,  I have not experienced any unwanted noise in the blower while keeping in circulation mode. There is no vibrations also felt in the steering while idling or ac on. But I have never regularly crossed 2nd speed of blower except few occasional times. What is the make of ac system in your car? Is it Beher? My understanding is that most of ac problems reported is of Beher make. Please check and if you are not satisfied, ask for replacement under warranty.

Blower noise is not an issue.  It's higher on higher speed (all cars).  When on fresh-air mode, it is slightly less (all cars).

While the AC is on, there is a rise in rpm - so that slight difference in the steering is felt especially while idling (all cars).

Edit: Venu, I didn't notice your post - same timing.

Pankaj,

is that vibration inherited by the car? thats what service engineer told. does replacement remove this inheritance?

regarding the blower noise, any remedy to cut it down?

how to measure the effectiveness of AC? i guess service people measure grill temp. it should be arround 3c. that what they said for mine.

As stated before, the vibration is normal.  If you feel it's higher, rpm must be higher than required - get it checked/reset.

Blower noise is also normal - we can't do anything about it.  If it's higher than normal, the blower needs to be cleaned/serviced.  It is normally not required in a new car.

Anil, I second Pankaj on Vibration & Noise. Just I noticed yours is QJD. So vibration level will be slightly here than petrol (mine is petrol)
