thanks so much for the update..

sir, also had a question whether a double din music player better than a single din?

is it just looks or is their some added advantage too.?

my shopwala said that double dins are easily stolen by thieves as they dont have the possibility of being taken out(the head as they call it) and so remains fitted to ur car all the time..?

Hi Dhruv,

I am not an expert, but I think single DIN have more features as compared to 2 DIN, also single DINs are detachable so more secure (dunno if 2 DINs are detachable). We live in a world where anything is possible in other words any system can be broken. Every secured thing has its own advantages and disadvantages, so once people knows its loop-holes it can be broken.

Expert will shed more light on this, please bare some time till someone answers

Below ae the 3M films prices (I got it from my dealer) so it may be lil cheaper at aftermarket, I think CR 50 meets RTO requirements.

SP 20  - approx Rs.2800 (windows & Rear)
Total Solar Energy Rejected: 39%
Visible Light Transmission: 16%
UV reduction: 98%

CR 50 - approx Rs.2500 (windows & Rear)
Visible Light Transmitted: 50%
Total Solar Energy Rejected: 56%
- On Angle*: 63%
Infrared Rejected**: 97%
Visible Light Reflection Int.: 7%
Visible Light Reflection Ext.: 8%
UV Rejected: 99.9%
Glare Reduction: 43%

Specification Source

I apologize for the price mentioned in my earlier post about CR 50, the price was for SP 50 and not for the CR 50.

Thanks
