Ravi - from your account one thing is clear, you are unlike any 'hyderbadi'-your patience is commendable-hats off to you.

Thanks Binoy. Learnt from Bangalorians.  I was there for 5 years.

-why was the car left overnight as yours was a regular service?

I don't think they have the capacity to deliver vehicle on the same day...I mean they couldnt fix the problems in 2 n half days.

sad to hear that there was accident damage to the car.

I did speak with the previous owner.  He said that he got all the damaged parts replaced.  So he says the life time of the replaced parts will be more than what I would have got if there were no accidents.  Laughing

But would like to mention one thing here... you have detailed/drafted your experience very well.

Thanks.  This is the only thing I feel I can do.  It really feels bad when you feel that you cant change some thing though it really needs to be changed.  Guess thats the way system works in this country.

And thanks a lot to you guys for the suggestions and the help with terminology.

Rgds,

Chandu.

Well am suprised at the service experiance if the same is attached to a dealership. In todays world were customer is God-GM seems to be setting a poor example.
