Doubt regarding year of manufacture and CMVR Cirtificate date

Sajan, that's a case / similar issue posted by Kuriakose for instance only.  Anyway!  But it's indeed pathetic that Skoda has so many cases/grievances registered against them.

Oh! I'm sorry.  I overlooked it as another case !

... And, I don't think any other car manufacturer has so many grievances against them.  The other problem is, as I understand, the grievances are not being resolved - conclusively - and the numbers are mounting. All this for no fault of 'cars'.

Thanks to Mr  Kuriakose P Abraham  for Draging  my issue to this  formum .

My vechile  is kept  unregistred and   i have  filed a  Criminal case againts Marikar  for  cheating and fraudery  and the case   is with police  now . Another case filed at consumer court to  take  back  the car  and  give  back my money .

Some of my findings .....

!) Marikar dosent  have a delearshipo @ calicut  .

2 ) Manuplated  the sales certficate (Form 21)

3) My car seems to be financed  twice and  there are  two sale certficate (Form 21)

  Issued for  the same  car .

4) Each and every parts of my car including the tyres  manafacturing  date is 2008  for a car  taken delivary in 2009 sept 17 .

Sorry Jithesh to hear about it.  I can imagine how you & the like feel & are undergoing.

I guess it's too early for any development in the criminal & consumer cases filed by you.  Is there any?

You can write to skoda customer support (skodadealersupport@misupport.net) for a confirmation.

As I have mentioned earlier, your situation is similar to mine... I thought it was an accidental issue and ignored but it is repeating So it can not be considered as an accidental issue.. They are purposefully cheating customers.

So I recommend you to proceed with the criminal case and include "Forgery for the purpose of cheating" in your proceedings. I think, it is a non bailable offence...  - Also file a criminal case before the court (criminal)

.... Marikar purposefully forged the sales certificate to make you believe that the vehicle is manufactured in 2009 and  there by cheated you...

Your case  and my case is slightly  diffrent . Here  the skoda  itself  have given the  manipulated sales certficate  . According to my VIN   the year of  manafacturing  is 2008 , but  in form 21 and form 22 it  is  2009 january . Skoda and marikar Strongly belive that if  they  have a printer and Rubber seal , They  can do any thig .  My vechile is inspected by RTO and  asked me to produce the year decoder or Chassis Cutt off for the year 2008 .I have taken this issue with skoda and asked them to give the VIN decoder or Chassis Cutt off for the year 2008 , But they are not ready to give  the documents to me . I have already taken up this issue to ARAI and Transport commissioner .  I am waiting  for the  documents from the Transport commissioner and  the issue wll be resolved once  i  have the documents . The link which Kuriakose send for decoding  the VIN cannot be  produced befor the cort as proof .

The issue is already in the Court and the acuest are

1) Sumith Ashok (Manager calicut)

2) dhanush (Sales executive) 

3) keshavan Kutty (Senior manager cochin )

4) Rahul Kulkarni (Manager Skoda auto Bangalore )

Police already put FIR charging Section 420,468 and 34   of IPC . I Will go up to any extend  as i am not  expecting  any stupid  compensation from skoda or marikar .  Please do help me by ur valuable suggestions for further  proceedings . i am finding more and  more malpractice by skoda and marikar and will update  the details once it is clarified .

I have some  general doubet .

1) Is it possible to issue two form 21 (Sales certificate)  for  the same  vechile .   ?

 2) How did a vechile reach to the deler  from the manafacturer (Is it through a Bill  or a sales certficate [form 21] stating  that  the car  is sold to the delear ) ?

1) Sale Certificate / Form 21, to be issued by the dealer, cannot be issued more than once for the same vehicle.

2) Vehicles are sold to the dealers (not really; customer category dealer) - based on manufacturer's invoice & excise challan.
