hi , i have a 5 series which is 2 months old and i already have 3 tyres that got burst on normal roads,
pls get in touch with me on , who ever is facing the similar problem , i would like to join hands to fight this issue .
also i want to know if there is an alternate to this RFT, in the country , i dont want to loose my peace of mind, chasing these idiots , this is worse than buy a tata nano , atleast it does not abadon you in the middle of the night .

The whole scheme is so illogical from the logistics / practicality point of view, that I would not touch it with a barge pole!...
BA Insurance Inspector will reject tire claim if tire is repaired..
What the heck it is supposed to mean? As I read it, it is a plain and simple get-away clause. And what do you do for a fifth puncture in a year? Spend 17.5k again? Crooks! I would rather keep a spare / puncture kit with tubeless tyres (all 5 changed for the price of one RFT), and forget about it all.
Vijay, If it is to teach them slippary characters a lesson, go ahead by all means. But even the consumer courts are not as effortless, and for somebody who is not close to the process (like a lawyer in the family etc) it can cause a lot of heartburn, disturbing your routine / peace. I would let it go as a bad investment... Of course, you are the best judge.
BTW my insurance is up for renewal in June... and I am thinking about changing from Bajaj Allianz... I don't want such pissing-in-the-plate-when-I-am-hungry.
