Hyundai Max Central locking is for Rs. 5,033.00 from Hyundai, with 3 yrs warranty. You must get this only from Hyundai dealer. Immobiliser is ignition cut off. max is also equipped with  anti- hijacking facility, but has to be activated by the company.

I am buying an i10 tomorrow,  no one was aware of the anti- hijakcing option at Hyundai, they checked and confirmed and would demonstrate before installing.

I men its strange that the Alarm blows wenever u lockit.

On the contrary, the car is automaticaly locked when u turn the ignition key.

U should check wid the guy who installed it in you.

I also hope that you are talking about Remote Central Locking from Hyundai or any other brand.

@Mohammad, I think you need to get the remote system reset - go through the manual (settings) or get it done from the dealer.

@Indeevar, anit-hijacking is electronic system/s like alarm, immobilizer etc. to prevent it from being stolen.

i think Cobra has.Bcoz its costliest Remote locking from Hyundai(around Rs 1000-1200 than Hyundai Max).So it sud hav Max facilities & some others.

Will post(in 10 days) as soon as i get to knw this.
