Looking at the usage he can easily consider the Jetta diesel(I think it would be out of budget). Never driven It so cant say much. Optra diesel can also be considered.

Since he doesn't like Civic - I am not considering it. Civic would have won it by an easy margin.

Looks - I would prefer the New honda city.

Power/Driving - Altis is in front.

Confort - Altis - I felt the others to be a lil cramped.

That is my opinion. Lets wait for others.

If it were me I would've booked Civic already.

I would add one more car to the list-the Fiat Linea.

-the cars considered occupies a wide price range-what is the max budget under consideration?

Hi Binoy,

I m sorry, I m nt aware of his budget.

Yesterday while picking up my car we also visited d showroom of jetta nearby. N we all went gaga over d jetta. My God, what a car!!!!! Packed wid all d new features, spacious...but he said its out of d budget 4 him. Since I was tooooo busy in admiring my car, it didn't occur 2 me 2 ask abt his budget. Laughing

But if he pinpoints d Altis? Wud it be a gud choice?

He can blindly take the Altis. It is afterall the predecessor of Toyota corolla.

(Why is he not considering the Civic )
