@ satish,

it is very difficult to compare both of them as honda has already gained its succes & position in indian market whereas mitsubishi is still struggling.

but i would pick outlander ahead of the crv as it is very good on looks, interiors, features & equipment leves are exciting & it is a pure drivers car & true blue suv with best build quality & toughness.

if u want to enjoy ur car & want the best than i would rate outlander much ahead of the cr-v.

cr-v feels light handed, is a soft roader & feels delicate too whereas outlander has true sporty style, is ruf & tuf & more of a drivers car in all aspects & all terrians.

Deepam is right , The CR-V has already established many happy and satisfied customers . While the Outlander is the new kid on the block....with a bigger price tag . But i fell it will be a good competitor for the CR-V with its looks and technology

Thanks Deepam,

We share simmilar feelings....To be honest I  never liked CRV as an SUV, I always treat it like an elivated car.... I am yet to see Outlander closly but still it gives you feeling of an SUV, much more then CRV.....

@ satish,

i have seen the outlander & i felt it better than the cr-v & the captiva & is priced similarly to the price of captiva & cr-v.

all 3 have have the same price range with outlander having much more style, features, better quality, very good interiors & great looks & its equipment levels are just amazing.

Hello Satish!!,

Well, both the cars the CR-V and Outlander are good!!..both are cross- over vehicles!....the CR-V is an excellent soft roader...n outlander too but still not good as on the road as CR-V!...it can do quite well on off road!..

On the CR-V there is an "HONDA"badge attached to it which makes it even more popular!..plus its very reasonably priced too!..but outlander is actually overprived car!!..but outlander has got paddle shift wchic CR-V doesn't!...but the sad thing is that outlander doesn't comes in M/T!!....overall all cars are nice but all it depends on the buyers needs and requirements!..because every car has its own +ve and -ve sides!

Guys Outlander is now 80K dearer in price... Infact Mitsubishi has increased the price of Pajero also by 80K ! This is crazy, in this time of slowdown they go around hiking the prices
