There are three branded companies doing seat covers.

Stanley-very expensive but has a lot of nappa leather
Saddles-expensive-workmanship is above average.
G-sport-Art leather seats will come in your budget

Cover material - well there is Fabric/Art leather and leather-cost escalates in that order.
Art leather is a good compromise- but it gets heated up a lot-but cleaning it is real easy.
Hybrids can also be used -ie-art leather for seat body and fabric for seat scab(ie body contact areas)-but durability will be in question.

Hybrid art leather has fabric material in places where there is body contact(fabric material is much better to sit on)..the durability of the same is not as good as full Art leather seats.

Personal opinion would be on a light colored Art leather seat cover because it strikes the balance between cost/durability/looks and comfort.(darker colors tends to heat up a lot so be careful)
