Same incident I've seen somewhere else, somebody was complaining about this Surprise Gift. Its really very strange... why company is sending letter like this? Nobody was expecting any gift and wats the use of sending this kinda letter if company is not sending any gift?

Sorry to hear about your bad experiences.  But this is unlike Maruti's reputation in general - may be the dealer isn't up to the mark.  Have you tried contacting the higher authorities - any response from them?

@Pankaj
Hi,
Higher authorities at Suzuki seems enjoying playing practical jokes with their customers(Kindly see my earlier post).When cow grazes in field does its baby grazes some where else?!

Yes, I understand.  But still feel that it's your bad luck to have such experiences - normally I've heard good things about Maruti.

Anyway!  why don't you try & contact/complain to the higher authorities - about both the experiences... the Car & the gift. Or have you already done & have received no positive response?

It's been an interesting discussion.

Can someone fill up on where Skoda falls in this power/performance/cost matrix vis-vis SX4,Honda City,Ford Fusion and Aveo.

Pankaj i was only referring to the point that Rana made-about the interesting discussion and the scope of skoda in all this- my highlight was regarding the core topic of this thread - the SX4- and how the discussion panned out.( it was just an observation!)

Oh, I see.  I was somehow wondering the context (digression).  Well, I (now) understand your point - but it happens.
