I purchased my Mahindra logan in Dec,since i was out of place my brother took the delivery. when i returned back after 2 months, i noticed a cut mark on the rear back door. I immidiately complaint to the dealer during its 1st service,they verified it that its a manufacturing defect. I complaint regarding this to the dealet and other higher management in delhi. However they are saying that at most they can replace the door. I am reslly very disappointed and frustated,after spending so much of money,how i can i keep defective piece or get door replace. Its just been 4 months and 3500 kms run. Please guide me what i can do in this matter,should i go to consumer forum. What are the consumer laws regarding this. Please help me out!!!
