Maruti Swift Dzire launched!

The Swift Sedan is named as Maruti Dezire. Will have both Swift engines i.e. 1.3L Petrol and 1.3L DDiS Diesel. Tentative price range is 4.7-6 lakh.

I don't have a confirmed news source but the Dezire will be launched later next month. Most probably around 20th March. Price range would be around 4.75-6 lakhs as speculated earlier.

What would be the launching date and what would be the milage expected for the desile version?

Launching date, as stated by Banwari, is not certain - it may be 20th March 2008.  The mileage of Swift Sedan is expected to be more or less in line with the mileage of current version of Swift Diesel, i.e. 17/18 in city & 21/22 on highway (depending upon the driving conditions & style)

I heard that Dezire is fitted with the interears like in SX4. Integrated music system, music system controls on the steering wheel ... like that. Build strong.
