hahahaa the i10 is better in almost all aspectes only thing is tht pricing is slighltly higher than the wagonR but the perforamnce and reliability is better in the i10 and  for the rear seating  the WagonR has bad coz it very narrow and its like a bench whereas i10 is better

I however think that Sun roof facility is just too much for this segment car. Hopefully higher version of Hyundai vehicles would get this sometime soon.

I dont think sun roof is a big deciding factor for cars in india, we do not have weather conditions for it.

Hi all
Pricewise its much higher than Santro. Could someone list i10's specs which make it decisively value for money since most of people here mentioned about vfm.

Also if I pay Rs. 25K more over i10 Magna I get Palio Stile Sports with 100 bhp vs 66 of  i10. I am still trying to make up my mind on i10 vs Palio Stile.

See the hyundais are also well knows for thier reliabilty over the FIAT. also the resale value of Hyundai is much betetr wehn comapred with the Fiat, the Fuel economy too is better in the i10 it is overall 14.5- 15  wheras the 1.6 of palio gives only 12 -13 overall,

the Build quality and the servicing plus Resale , plus fuel economy plus good plastics in the intrior and alsopicing makes it value for money,

But my seroious adivce is Go for the i10 only if there is discount or else wait for the new year , incase you are in hurry then go for the wagonR VXi  or VXI ABS which has good deiscount this month, make it temporary reg and then make it permanent reg on 2008,

Cheers,

SRI

Did a test drive of i10 yday. I am very much impressed with the drive quality. It is way ahead of Estilo, Wagon-R and other cars in its league. The car is absolutely stable at 100+ levels. Excellent suspension and gear system, lovely steering. Looks r definitely good and contemporary. Has ample of space both in the front and in the rear. I will not say it is as feature rich as estilo, but one can get the features added by paying additional amt.

We gotto see its performance on the indian city roads. Abhi, we will bank on you to keep us updated on the performance, mileage once u get the car.

Yes this was what exactly my point was it much better to its rivals!!!

As for the Milage aspect u need not worry it will give you a minimum of 14.5kmpl overall!

WE WAITED FOR I 10  FOR 6 MONTHS SINCE WE HAVE A SANTRO .WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE POSITIONING OF THE GEAR SIFT SINCE I USE THE LEFT DOOR TO REACH DRIVERS SEAT OWING TO TIGHT PARKING SPACE.

CONSIDERING THE IMMINENT FUEL PRICE HIKE ,WE OPTED FOR WAGON R DUO ALTHOUGH THE BUILD QUALITY IS INFERIOR TO HYUNDAI .

I THINK CONSIDERING DAILY RUN OF 70 KMS IT WAS PRUDENT TO BUY DUO INSTEAD OF I10 WHICH ANY WAY IS NOT AS SPACIOUS AS SANTRO.

ANY COMMENTS .
